Feature & Follow Friday (#11)

Q: What is the longest book you've read? What are your favorite 600+ page reads?

I think the longest book I read was Shantaram at 933 pages.  Discovery of Witches is one of my favorite longer reads at 585 pages (nook edition). I don't think I have many other books over 600 pages that I would consider a favorite.

  1. I've only heard of one of those and have read neither.
    I chose Harry Potter:)
Please stop by My FF if you have a chance.

  2. I had to look up Shantaram because I hadn't heard of it. It sounds like a really good read. I've added it to my TBR list.

Thanks for stopping by and following my blog! Wouldn't you know it, I have already been following you! ;-)

  3. I've never read either of those, but I've heard amazing things about Discovery of Witches and have been wanting to read it. Old follower. :D

    Thanks for stopping by!

  4. I'm taking the paperback of A Discovery of Witches with me on my trip this weekend. I did the audiobook last year, but I'm excited about actually read it!

  5. My guess is bigger books are a tad harder to write and don't come out as much. Maybe. I know I think twice about how much time I have before diving in anymore!! :-)

Thx for hopping by my FF!! I'm a new GFC follower! -Burgandy Ice

  6. Thanks for stopping by my blog! I've heard good things about A Discovery of Witches, but haven't read it myself!

    Following thru GFC :)

  7. Hopping through. What is Shantaram about? I haven't heard of it.

    1. I should have linked my Shantaram review in my post. You can see it here

  8. I couldn't get into Shantaram, but I loved Discovery of Witches! Great choices! Thanks for stopping by!

  9. Thank you for following me for Follow Friday hoppy thing! I haven't heard of your books but 'Discovery of Witches' looks pretty good! May have to try it!

I have since realised since I did mine that 'The Secret History' is 559 pages...but I think that still counts as long!

    Speak soon! x

  10. Hi! Thanks for visiting my blog yesterday. I'm following you back.

I haven't heard of Shantaram but a friend of mine recommending A Discovery of Witches. I haven't read it yet but I mean to do so at some point this year! :)

  11. If you consider the fact that the version of The Lord of The Rings I read was the one that’s one book with the 3 parts inside (1202 pages in the brazilian version), that would be the longest book I’ve ever read. But if you consider series to favorite 600+ page reads, hands down, Harry Potter. Not so much for the story, but for the feeling it brings me every time I think about it.

    I'm a new follower, btw!
