Q: This Sunday in the U.S. is Mother's Day, in celebration, what are some of your favorite books with strong mother/child relationships?
A: I definitely have to say The Red Tent by Anita Diamant. This was a great book about the life of a woman and growing up. Told from the daughter, Dinah's point of view, she tells the story of her mother and aunts, herself growing up, and her life as an adult. I have recommended this book to my mom, aunts, grandma and many other ladies.
What books have you read with strong mother/child bonds? Leave me a comment and let me know!

Excellent answer. One of my all-time favorite books. It came up again at a recent book club meeting when speaking about women's relationships.
